The responsibility for the event security is held by Local Crew Oy.
In the event of an incident, instructions given by the festival organizers and supervisory persons should be followed.
The Finnish Red Cross will run a standby point next to Gate 2.
In addition, a first aid group from the Finnish Red Cross will also circulate around the event area.

If you have any security concerns or you observe, for example, an accident, please inform a supervisory person straight away.
It is forbidden to bring your own alcoholic drinks into the area, as well as objects that may endanger safety. Smoking is prohibited in any other locations outside the permitted smoking areas.
You can bring into the area your own non-alcoholic drinks in unopened plastic bottles or cardboard containers (for example, juices with straws) in volumes of up to a maximum 0.5 liters. Mobile phones and cameras are permitted in the areas.

Smoking
According to section 12 subsection 1. 8 of the Tobacco Act, smoking is prohibited in the shelters, stands and other premises arranged in the outdoor areas in the immediate area in which participants will congregate during the event. The ban on smoking will remain valid throughout the general period of the event.
Security check
Safety is paramount during the Tall Ship Races- security checks will be carried out at the entrances to the area. Please note this upon arrival.
